How to do Kindness

I just went to visit a former teacher of mine who just had a transplant. She and her daughters were telling me that although everyone asks, "What can I do to help" they have one neighbor who tells them, "I'm going to such and such area or such and such store, do you need anything from there?" This way my teacher's family doesn't have to worry about little errands; their neighbor (who's going anyway) does it for them. So kind and thoughtful
