Kindness Through Chocolate

Many readers of my blog know that my mum has not been well and is still in intensive care. Tomorrow is her birthday. My dad ordered a big chocolate cake from one of the local kosher caterers here to take in to the hospital for the occasion so the doctors and nurses (who have been by her side for so many months) can celebrate her birthday and continued Refuah/recovery with us. My brother went to pick up the cake just now and called with a nice surprise - that the caterers were giving it to us as a gift, free of charge which is so nice! Thank you so much to them.

There are also those who sent birthday cards and messages and made donations to various charities in her name which, even in her tired state, mum smiled at when I told her. Thank you all.

Please continue to pray/say Tehilim for Gittel Chava Bat Pesia and all the sick of Klal Yisrael.
